Mr. Soobitsky conducts and oversees litigation of general civil and criminal matters with an emphasis on family law. He is an active member of numerous bar associations. He attended college at the University of Maryland where he graduated in 1985. He attended law school at the University of Baltimore where he graduated in 1988. Mr. Soobitsky has been married since 1987 and has three children, ages 20, 17 and 8.

Ms. Rogers was born and raised in Massachusetts, but moved to the Baltimore/Washington area to attend American University where, in 1994, she earned a Bachelors degree in Law and Society. In 1999 Ms. Rogers graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Ms. Rogers is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her primary area of practice is family law. She also utilizes her experience and training for civil and family mediation.
As a wife and the mother of two young boys, Ms. Rogers understands the joys and challenges of family life. She also understands that most of her clients, in dealing with issues of separation, divorce and custody are struggling through one of life's most difficult situations. Her philosophy as a lawyer includes listening to her clients' concerns and goals, then advising and counseling them to make informed decisions regarding their legal matters. Ms. Rogers' experience in working with children and families dates back 14 years, when she began working with abused and neglected children through various volunteer programs. She uses all of her past experienced in guiding her clients through the litigation or mediation process.

Montella E. Smith

Mr. Smith has lived in the Baltimore metropolitan area for over 35 years. His family lived in New York State and Ohio prior to moving to Baltimore. Before attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Smith was a Detective Sergeant in the Baltimore County Police Department and has over 20 years experience in law enforcement and criminal investigations. He also teaches law at the Community College of Baltimore County and has lectured at the Georgetown University School of Law.
Mr. Smith became interested in Elder Law and Estate Planning when his mother became ill and required nursing home care. He is intimately aware of the difficult decisions concerning health care, asset preservation and estate planning.
