DUI/DWI Offenses

The State of Maryland takes DUI and DWI offenses very seriously and the penalties can include incarceration, fines, and loss of driving privileges. In Maryland, persons under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a .02 percent blood-alcohol level or higher than are subject to DUI penalties and any driver with a blood alcohol content (BAC) above .08 percent is considered legally intoxicated. If you have been charged with a Maryland DUI or DWI, seek legal counsel immediately.

Sometimes good people make bad decisions. The Law Offices of Jayson A. Soobitsky, P.A. feels that everybody deserves a chance to stand up against the system and protect your rights as a citizen. Just because you have been charged with a DUI or DWI does not necessarily mean a conviction. Our attorneys can help you make the best case for your defense.
